World Wide Web Day was observed on August 1 every year. That day was marked in honor of the ability of people to explore information freely using the web. The web is a billions of tools around the world to use at any time to interact with the global system of interconnected computer systems which are the internet.
History
WWW was created by British computer scientists in the Berners-Lee team in 1989, when he worked for European organizations for nuclear research (Cern) in Switzerland. Berners-Lee developed the essence of web-HTTP, HTML, Worldwideweb browser, server, and first website when working in an organization.
Over the next two years, the development of www was first shared with other research institutions and organizations. But WWW was also shared to the public when Cern shared the code and put aside the royalties of the use of www in 1993. Less than a year later, hundreds of websites were made and dot-com bubbles began in 1995 based on rapid development made using www.
Meaning

World Wide Web is a collection of all websites, web pages, and resources that we can navigate. The internet can be considered a highway that connects all web pages and websites. Web and internet development has played a role in encouraging the information age where the world is currently located.
