New Infinix Smart 6 Plus announced with 6.82" display, different design
Infinix Today introduces a new smart 6 plus in India with different designs and specifications compared to the original smart 6 plus available in other markets.
Infinix Smart 6 Plus’s Indian Version (X6823C) was built around a curved screen like the original model (X6511G), but with a diagonal of 6.82 “, this is bigger than the Genuine Smart 6 Plus 6.6” panel. The Indian variant display is more curious with a peak brightness of 440 Nits (vs 500 nits), but both screens have the same resolution (HD+).
Smart 6 Plus India’s rear panel has “mirror back design,” while the rear cover of the original model exhibits “Aura Waves Textured Design” and is coated with anti-bacterial material.
The design of the camera island on both variants is also different, but both use 8MP primary sensors, accompanied by AI lenses. Selfie cameras are also different. The original model features an 8MP selfie shooter that joins a single flashlight, while the Indian version features a 5MP selfie unit flanked by LED flash on the left and right.
Indian Infinix Smart 6 Plus is powered by the Helio G25 SOC and is equipped with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. RAM can be expanded up to 6GB, and you also have an option to expand storage up to 512GB because smartphones have a special slot for microSD cards.
Smart 6 Plus Original, on the other hand, equipped with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, can be expanded up to 512GB. Infinix has not mentioned the name SOC that turns it on and only says the smartphone has a 2GHz CPU at the top of the leadership.
At the front of the software, Smart 6 Plus India runs Android 12 (Go Edition) with XOS 10.6 above, unlike other models that are boot XOS 7.6 based on Android 11 (Go Edition).
The remaining highlights of the two versions of Infinix Smart 6 Plus include fingerprint scanners installed behind, Surround DTS sounds, and microusb ports. Both models packing a 5,000 mAh battery
The Infinix Smart 6 Plus India variant is offered in the colors of the black and calm miracle sea color, and will begin to be sold in India through Flipkart starting August 3 with the price of INR7,999 ($ 101/€ 99).
