In dramatic development for each tournament, the fourth board player Estonia Kanep (2417), 39, fainted around the end of the playing hours and was rushed to the hospital with an ambulance. His opponent in Jamaica, Jaden Shaw (1930) respectfully agreed to a draw. At the end of the game that suddenly, the cantep with black pieces has an extra fortress and will send as troops forcibly in several movements. This is the position after 39 … kg7:
The American team’s victory over Georgia with a 3-1 margin featured two brilliant endgames. GM Levon Aronian produces creative beauty with the dominance of “non-proverbial” from the fort and a knight vs. fortress and a bishop, resembles the legendary Soviet composer of the 20th century:
When Aronian was busy doing Genrikh Kasparyan, GM Sam Shankland decided to do Tigran Petosian!
India scored an impressive 3-1 victory over Greece, the most swashbuckling victory that came to Blitzkrieg GM Harikrishna at The Black Kingside with the sacrifice of the twin bishops, which was our game that day.
Day visited the press center afterwards and produced a big smile when reminded that before the third round of Kingside attack, he had produced Endgame’s beauty in the second half. “No matter what kind of game is that – enough for me as long as I play a good chess!”
The Netherlands impressive in their 4-0 victory over another All-GM team, Sweden. GM Anish Giri, GM Jorden van Foreest, GM Benjamin Bok, and GM Max Warmerdam all scored an impressive victory, mostly with a logical playing style.
The most impressive among them is the intentional warmerdam game against GM Emanuel Berg:
Female part
Indian women show a great game to defeat experienced English teams with a difference of 3-1, such as Im R. Vaishali and Im Bhakti Kulkarni giving victory with white pieces. Strangely, Vaishali defeated his opponent in a queen and knight vs. queen and bishop endgame, the same combo as employed by her younger brother GM Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu on the same day!
